All typefaces and font software distributed by Claude Type are licensed, not sold.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Digital Font from claudetype.com, you agree to be bound by the Claude Type End User License Agreement (EULA).
The EULA defines the permitted uses, licensing conditions, restrictions, and legal framework governing the use of the Font Software. It is a legally binding agreement between Claude Type and the end user (“Licensee”).

Acceptance of Terms. By accessing this website and/or purchasing any product from claudetype.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the End User License Agreement (EULA), without limitation or reservation.
During checkout, you are required to confirm that you have read and accepted both the EULA and these Terms before completing your order.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are expressed in CHF and are exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.

Download links and invoices are provided only after full payment has been received. The advertised price must be paid in full upon order confirmation. Data recorded by Claude Type constitutes proof of all transactions. Invoicing inaccuracies do not relieve the customer of any payment or contractual obligations.
ORDER & DELIVERY
The user agrees to provide accurate and truthful information during checkout.
Order confirmation constitutes a firm and binding commitment. Upon payment confirmation, a download link will be sent by email. Each font license is delivered digitally in the following formats: OTF, WOFF, and WOFF2.
NO REFUNDS
No refunds, credits, or exchanges are granted once delivery has occurred. Corrupted or incorrect files will be replaced. According to the French act signed on 1997, May 20th: "the client can not get a refund for the purchase of downloadable products (Fonts) on the Internet." Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and the EULA are governed exclusively by Swiss law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
